WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer two shipping options in your order progress, DHL or FeDex for urgent orders and USPS for standard orders which is free. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard, 10 - 14 days shipping on On our website, USPS is free for all the products, which take an average time limit of 12 - 15 days to arrive.
Urgent Shipping
DHL or FedEx are charged &60 only for urgent orders, which will take 6 - 7 days to arrive.

· All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
· According to the standard workflow, before shipping, we will confirm with you the product photos, specifications, quantity, packaging and other details through the contact information reserved by the consumer. After confirmation, we will send out the products according to the shipping method chosen by the consumer.
· Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
HOW MANY DAYS IS YOUR STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
Orders will be processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders are processed within 5 days. You cannot add "Rush My Order" to any custom order. Please remember that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Due to the large volume of orders, once an order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled, please have more patience and understanding on this point.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
**Note: We have explained in the above that express delivery times are estimates, average times over time, and are not a 100% promise. Please keep in mind that USPS has experienced numerous delays due to the New Crown Epidemic.
Also, if your shipping address belongs to a remote area or an EU or unstable country, there is a good chance that it will be delayed.
WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Any failed deliveries where packages are returned due to the following reasons will not be able to cancel the listing or request a refund.
· Insufficient or incorrect address
· International shipping using P.O.BOX as the shipping address
· Inability to contact the recipient
· Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" - Please file a claim directly with the express provider.
Shipping Changes
NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
· $20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful.
· $50 WILL BE CHARGED to cancel the order after the package has already shipped.
· $50 WILL BE CHARGED if the customer does not accept the package or the package is undelivered.
· $50 WILL BE CHARGED if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.
Kindly Notes:
1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
3. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
5. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of DHL/FexEx/USPS or any other parcel service.
6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated into by reference and form a part of these Terms.
